Monday...Back+Bi's plus Pilates
Well my weekend of rest turned into a weekend of hauling soil and gardening from sun up to sun down! I think I would have got less of a workout if I had gone to the gym. The weather was absolutely gorgeous though and my gardens now look pretty impressive (;
Also played 18holes of golf on Friday shot 104--not bad for me!
On with today's workout:
5min warmup on ellip (to insure upper body was warmed up)
assisted pull ups: 12*100/12*90/10*80/6*70 (55/65/75/85)
cable rows: 12*50/12*60/10*70/10*80
wide lat pulldowns: 12*50/12*60/10*70/10*80
hyperextentions: 12/12/10*10
reverse flies: 12*40/12*50/10*50
hammer curls: 12*10/12*10/10*10
21's: 12*10/12*10/10*10
Stretch to cool down.
Have 1hr. Pilates class this evening-lots of ab work.
