Monday....back to the routine...wt day
Started of the week with the usual Monday full body routine. Kept it relatively light since I've been away from it for 2 weeks. I'm going to keep things simple this week, but I'm going to draw up a new plan...maybe even try the 8wk FT program, just to shake things up for 2006.
Sooo...today went as follows:
5min on TM
walking single leg lunges single/double/triple
leg curls 12X 30/40/50lbs
seated row 12X 40/50/60lbs
wide lat pulldowns 12X 40/50/60
EZ bar bicept curls 30lbs 12/10/8
tricept kickbacks 12X10/15/15lbs
back extentions 12/12/10
ab bridging 1min/side 30s/side 30s/front 30s
stretch to cool down
Felt good to be back at it, but it sure was busy with all the newbies. Good to see so many people wanting to get in shape, but it's a bummer when it messes up my routine--couldn't get my squats in!
Pilates starts up again this evening, so I'll likely be a wee bit sore tomorrow--oh well, I have to pay the piper some time!
