Monday....back to the gym...count down to vacation T minus 24 days....
Can't say my diet is reflective off the weight loss I was hoping for before my trip, but at least I've been working out hard and maintaining my wt. Today I focussed on upper body with some SL DL's thrown in.
WU: 6min on TM with 6 incline and a 2 min jog at end. Took some really long strides to stretch and warmup my hip flexors.
Pushups-head up: 3 sets of 10
BB flat bench press: 10X45lb/10X55lbs/10X55lb/8X55lbs (next week I'll add 10lbs)
Asst Pull ups: 10X60/8X50/6X40/3X30 (95/105/115/125)
Seated cable row (used a wide under hand grip) 4 sets 10, 70lbs
SL DLS BB: 10C45/10X65/10X85lbs
Back extentions 3 sets of 10
Stretch to cool down
Good workout today, felt like I pushed myself with the weights.
Have Pilates this evening, so no ab work at the gym today.
