Monday....back to the gym...
Managed to golf on Friday and shot 101. Pretty good considering I took a 9 on one hole and a couple of 7's on others. Shot more par holes than I ever have...so i'm on the right track. Didn't run on Sunday as planned because i had too much housework/gardening to do. Got lots of exercise (and sun) with those activities alone.
Today was another circuit routine with the hubby. It only takes about 30min, so I followed it with other stuff.

leg extentions 5 sets 5 70lbs
DB bicept curls 3 sets 10/8/8 15lbs
DB tricept kick backs 3 sets 10/8/8 15lbs
BB chest press 3 sets 10 bar only (45lbs)
2 sets 10 back extentions with twist
golf drill with body bar
stretch to cool down
I enjoy doing the circuit with my husband but I find it too short and I don't get a good leg workout. This worked out well today to do the workout with him (30min) and then just continue on my own for another 20-30min. On Wed. when we do it again I'll add in more leg work afterwards...I haven't done lunges in over a week(I know Tim, sounds like heaven to you, but I miss them!!)
I have a 1hr Pilates class this evening, so that'll work my abs.
Diet went out the window on the weekend, but as always I'm, back on track again mofriday
