Did a full body wt routine today...
5min on treadmill
Walking single leg lunges 10X10lb/10X15lb/10X20lb
3X15 full pushups
BB squats 12X45/12X95/8X115
narrow lat pull downs 12X50/12x60/12X70
SL DLs 12X45/12X65/10X95
back extentions 12/12X5lb/10X10lb
HS chest press 12/12/12 (no wts, so 36lbs)
EZ bar curls 12X30/12X30/10X30lbs
stretch to cool down....kind of all over the place today, extremely tired for various reasons. Going to just keep plugging away until my holidays in a couple of weeks and then start up fresh in the New Year! Think I'll finally try one of the FT programs...
Have Pilates tonight (hence no ab work with wt routine...)
