Monday....back / bi's and Pilates
Have given up on the FT program. I keep forgeting to bring the workout, so I'm better off just doing it on my own-although I'm still using the exercise glossery as a reference to change up some of my routines.
Todays workout went as follows:
5min warmup on treadmill
Assisted Pull Ups: 12*100 / 12*90 / 10*80 / 8*70 (~55/65/75/85)
Wide Lat puul down: 12*50, 12*60, 10*70, 8*80
seated cable row: 12*50, 12*60, 10*70, 8*80
EZbar bicept curls: 12*30, 12*30, 10*30, 8*30
BO db rows: 15*10, 12*15, 10*20, 10*20
21's with db: 21*5, 21*8, 21*10
Stretch to cool down
Bicepts felt really pumped after this workout!
Have 1hr Pilates this evening.
