db squats 12X24, 15X24
Lateral raise 8X24, 10X24 superset with
leg extension 30X24, 31.25X24
front raise 8X24, 12X24 superset with
leg curls 32.5X24, 32.5X24
Reverse flyes 8X24, 10X20 superset with
back extensions 3X20, 3X20
Lat pulldowns 60X24, 62.5X24 superset with
seated calf raise 50X24, 50X20
db chest flyes 15X24, 15X24 superset with
incline db curls 12X24, 12X24
Triceps pressdown 15X24, 15X24 superset with
wrist curls 12x24, 12X24 and
reverse wrist curls 8X24, 8X24

Sooooo sweaty!
