My team didn't win the Cup, but I added some weight and reps tonight! I think it was the stress...

Front DB Raises: 12x15/12x15/10x20/11x20
Standing Lat Raises: 12x15/12x15/10x15/9x15
Bent Over DB Raises: 12x10/12x10/10x10/8x15

Ball Oblique Crunch: 15/15/15
Crunches: 25x50/25x50/25x50
Lying Side Leg Raises: 25/25/25

I feel I did alright tonight...
