Monday Leg day

Well went in to do Rack DL ( bar at knee level).  My brother Matt and his workout partners were there so I did them with one of his friends.  I wanted to hit around the 500lb mark.....I got 635x1!!!!!!  went on to finish legs.  I did box squats and worked to a 365x1 (20 off last week)....then on to reg DL got to 315x3 went to 365 and could nto get it.....I got 405x3 last week......anyway finished with squats for 10 reps 135x10 185x10 225x10 275x10.  I also did leg ext and ham curls as well as hack squats
