monday is for shoulders...

i am going to seriously have to back off of the shoulder stuff - i can't reach my right arm across my chest without stabbing pain in my rotator cuff. i am so sick of this thing being torn to shreds, but there is too much scar tissue to fix it. anyway, here was the monday workout:

front db raises:
14 x 15, 12 x 15, 12 x 15, 10 x 20

lateral raises:
14 x 10, 12 x 10, 12 x 10, 10 x 10

machine rear delt flyes:
14 x 50, 12 x 50, 12 x 50, 10 x 60
