Took my time today. Nice and slow and easy. Took about 10 minutes longer to complete my workout, but I didn’t feel as tired or sore when I was finished. Actually I felt good today – especially BB curls. Felt like I could have done 100’s easily. Maybe I was going through this workout too quickly before... Gorgeous day today, so I took a 30 minute walk at noon. Also, switched to “Animal Pak” brand multi vitamin pack. Not sure if that has anything to do with my better-than-normal workout or decreased soreness, but taking all 50 pills in my daily “pak” (okay, slight exaggeration) should count toward my cardio workout.

LOL! Not stupid at all. It's my obsessive personality showing. You see, I'm following a program where I do 6 sets of some exercises and 4 sets of others, for example. I have a standard template that I use to record my weights and reps before posting. I add the 000x00s at the end, as needed, so all my exercise descriptions line up so it's easier to read when it's posted (TABs don't work in training logs). Pretty stupid, I know. Guess I have too much time on my hands. TSMD

Dave, probably a stupid question but I've never let that stop me before. What is the 000x00 at the end of each set??/
