the weekend went OK diet wize. I had no alcohol on Friday evening at our dinner party, but still overate somewhat. Saturday I had 2 glasses of white wine, but diet was good. Sunday, no booze, but diet wasn't so good (found some of the teeny beanies--oh oh, but could have been worse) Back on plan today. Went for a run on sat. and took a rest on sunday.
I'm suffering from a stiff neck today. My shoulder problem seems to have moved into my neck. Seriously contimplated not going to the gym, but decided just to be careful with what I did.
5 min warmup on treadmill
3 sets 10 walking lunges
3 sets 10 assisted pullups 80lbs
3 sets 12 leg curls 50lbs
3 sets 12 wide lat pull downs 50lbs
3 sets 12 HS bench press 36lbs
stretch to cool down.
Not a very strenuous workout, but my arms felt kind of pumped. It was the right level for how I feel today.
I have pilates class this evening.
