Midweek slump

Feeling really wiped out today 0 - think I am fighting off a cold or something. Didn't want to workout today, did anyways, but it was kind of lame...and my abs are SORE again!!!
Warm-up, elliptical 5 minutes
DB shrugs 20'sX24, 25'sX24, 25'sX24 superset with
DB side lunges 5'sX24, 5'sX24, 8'sX15
Military presses w/DBS 15'sX24, 15'sX24, 15'sX24 superset with BB squats 45X24, 45X24, 45X24 (my legs are still sore from Monday, they sucked today)
Bentover DB rows 12X24, 15X15, 15X15 superset with
leg extensions (really weak on these today) 25X24, 25X24
Back Extension 3X22, 3X19 superset with
leg curls 25X24, 35X24
Bench press 45X24, 65X24, 65X24 superset with
standing calf - one leg - bdywtX20, bdywtX20
Preacher curls barX24, bar+5X24
Triceps kickbacks 8X24, 8X24
wrist curls 8X24, 8X24
reverse wrist curls 5X24, 5X24
Sore today. Will rest completely tomorrow (except for cleaning house..)
