Had a great work out. I wanted to hit 475 or 455 at least for the squats, but the 425 I kind of tipped a bit forward and I decided that enough was enough.
I went onto DL and after working up to 405, which came up like it was 225, I hit 425 again easy. So I skipped the 455 and went to 475. I was very fast off the floor hit my knees went past, and locked it out a new PR! Been working on it for a year now. I felt so good till I got home then felt a little depressed. All in all a huge night for me.
