BB curls 95x6 115x5 125x5 135x3
DB curls 40x10 50x8 60x4

Highlights: Hit a new rep PR on GM. I also hit with pretty good form 135x3 for BB curls, and seeing as how I hardly curl anymore thought that was nice!

Lowlights: HAd a strict time limit put on me or I would have tried a 405 DL and done pull thrus.
