OK I went in to do GM with a few sets of squats, the hit a few singles for DL, then maybe a few bicep sets.
GM 95x10 135x8 185x5 225x3 245x1 275x1 295x1
Front Squats 135x6 155x6 175x3
DL 225x10 315x1

Highlights: I was close to my best GM. I have hit 315x1 before.

Lowlights: My son alex had ben feelign bad we thought it might be appendcistist(spelling is off I know). SO I took the cell phone with me so my wife could call if need be. Well her father for the last few weeks has had a few small strokes. Nothing that needed to be done for him as they barely did any damage. Well yesterday he had another, and at 850pm she calls me to say her dad wanted her to take him to the hosiptal. DAMMM everytime I go to the gym something comes up. That is why my DL stopped at 315. Now I am not whining about leave for her dad needed to go. But it still makes me depressed not to finishe a workout especially when I was feeling my oats enough to try for 455 last night. Oh well I guess it was all good, I got to eat and watch WWE RAW in peace. Her dad is fine just admitted him to make sure nothing major was going on.

Side note: I got done with the GM and did one set of the front Squats when a guy comes up to ask how many sets I had left. I said 3. I asked what he was going to do he said standing presses. Then he says to me that my squats were done worng that I leaned over to far. I asked if he meant the set of FR Squats, he says no the other squats I did. I told him I did not do squats before that they were good mornings and that they were susposed to look like that. He then proceeds to lecture me on back injuries and such. He walked off to do one armed DB rotor cup exercise standing using a weight that was way to heavy. He also I rememberd had done like 6 sets of seated shoulder presses, so I thought why would he want to do the exact same exercise all over agains just standing? Oh well he can have his thoughts I bet he never squats as he is sure it can cause major back trauma.
