Deadlifts 225x5 275x1 315x1 335x1 265x1 385x1 miss.

Curls BB 65x10 85x8 105x8 115x6
DB 35x10 40x10 50x8

Highlights: Going heavier is so cool.

Lowlights: Had three things go wrong: 1. did not eat enough for the workout. 2. Ran out of time 3. MP3 battery (it is a rechargable one thru a USB cord and port) ran out so was forced to listen to TOP40 shit.
