Shrugs 225x10 315x10 405x10 455x8 495x4ASPR 10 sec hold at end
Dips 6 sets, I used NO HELP ON LAST set!!!!!!!!!! BWx3 ASPR
CGB 135x6 155x4 175x4
Pressdowns 70x10 90x8 130x8 160x8 170x6 190x5

Highlights: Definatly getting stronger!! Had a group of young guys watchme do the 405 on the shrugs I added 50lb and they tried to lift the bar LOL most could not move it....Also Hit 3 ASPR!!!!

Lowlights: I am very sore!
