Reg bench 135x10 155x10 165x8 175x6 185x6 (ASPR)
Incline bench flyes 40x10 45x8 50x8
SK 70x10 90x8
Kickback 35x10 40x8
Dips 4 sets x 6 reps got to 65lbs of help, will hit lower this week! only 3 more levels till I am on my own!
Plate loaded machine rows 3 sets using 2, 3, 4 plates per side.
Face pulls 60x10 70x10 90x10

Highlights: Def getting stronger and having more endurance.

Lowlights: Elbows are sore even today(sunday).
