Rest Pause rest on chest for 3 secs: 225x8PR 185x10 135x15
Bent rows 225x8 255x7 275x6
Standing Sh Press 135x6 155x6 175x4 (easy moving up to 185)
Face Pulls 60x10 70x10
Highlights: Hit 225x8 with a 3 sec rest on chest....also tht 295x1 felt easy......moving closer to hitting next MAX Goal!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lowlights: Left shoulder was tender all night, seems better this morning.
