Flat bench flyes 40x10 55x10
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 315x10 405x12 495x10 545x8
Standing BB press 135x8 155x6
Dips 2 sets using 85lbs of help(assisted dip machine)
All in all a good workout. I know I know incline and flyes? well I just felt like doing them. I got yelled at by the Y staff for using chalk, and wanted to kill since the squat raqck was being used for 65lb curls. Any way I got nice looks from all there as I did my shrugs.
