Iso Lateral rows (plate number listed only)
2x10 3x10 4x8
Standing sh press 95x10 135x4x3
Shrugs 225x10 315x10 405x10 495x8

Highlights: This was done friday night and my lats are still sore. I stopped at 245 for time restraints most likely coulda woulda shoulda gone to 275.

Lowlights: I need to find a way back to Rockells Gym!
