ME Bench

Took off a few days due to illness. Decided to start the week off with ME Bench, I decided to do a few sets of tripples, then do doubles:
135x12 185x8 225x3 245x3 265x3 275x2 295x2(PR)
Slow rep bench 225x4 185x8
Shrugs 225x12 315x10 405x10 495x10
DB Rows 110x6 115x6 120x6
Face pulls 90x8 120x8 150x8
DB Shrugs 120x10 115x6
Highlight: hit 295x2 out of nowwhere it seems my bench is going up finally. I have not been able to rep 275 and now I have hit that for 2 reps twice and that set was easy so I went to 295, first rep was all mine but a bit shakey. Second rep surpirsed my spotter at how fast it came back up! I was very pleased.
Lowlights: new skin/callus on right palm (see shrugging injury a few posts back) came loose last night on the shrugs and is a open wound again!
