Bent rows 225x10 245x8 275x5
Iso LAteral row (45lb plates listed per side): 2x10 3x8 4x6 5x3PR
Face pulls 60x10 70x10 90x5
Pressdowns 170x10 190x10(whole stack added 35lb plate) 225x5 added more 237x6
CGB 135x10 185x5
Highlights: had a huge great workout
