Lowlights poor spotting shot my singles to shit. see side note.

Side NOTE: So I was on my first set of singles that I was not comfortable doing with out a spotter. Only guy close is that dumbass last week that thought my good mornings were squats so I asked him. I had him give a lift off, I lowered it touched chest briefly and shot it up. True to form about 6-8 inches off chest the bar slows a lot. It DID NOT DIP BACK DOWN and this moron just grabs the bar and yanks itup and racks it. My bad I guess inbred dumbasses should not be asked to spot. I realy need to get a work out partner.
