Highlights: I was in the gym
Lowlights: Felt tried and sore maybe it was pushing out my neighboors car and chopping her drivewat clear of ice sunday and me clearing my roof of snow and ice monday after work. I just did not feel it. I missed 245x1 that bummed me out. I almost left the gym after the flyes but stuck it out and got a nice lat workout in. Also saw a guy ripp of 10 reps (squats) at 405lbs.....NEW GOAL FOR MUTT.....lol.
