Standing Barbell presses 95x10 115x10 135x4 135x4
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 295x10 315x10 365x10 405x10
Highlights: Nice slow reps really shocked me body
Lowlights: Shoulders were def weaker beacuse of the bench. I will now switch the workout order next week. I will do chest and Tricpes, back and bi, sh and legs. I need to get more endurance in the shoudlers.
