"Lest We Forget"

Today is Rememberance Day in Canada. Thank you to those who fought and still fight for our freedom.

Morning Workout Today...
My left hamstring is bothering me along with my right hip, so I decided to play it smart and do only an upper body workout today. I've typically been doing a full body, so this was a nice change.

--3min wu on ellip
--asst pullups 12X110/12X100/12X90 (45/55/65lb)-these are getting easier so I'm either getting stronger or lighter (;
--HS bench press 12X36/12X46/12X56 -these too are getting easier
--seated row 12X50/12X60/10X70
--HS incline chest press 12X?/12X?+10/12X?+10 --not sure what the weight is without added plates-prob similar to bench at 36lbs--will have to ask
--lying pec flies 12X10/12X10/12X10 --10lb/arm
--EZ bar bicept curls 12X30/12X30/10X30 --I love the pumped feeling I get from these!

All in all a good workout. I think I'm actually stronger first thing in the morning compared to working out at lunch. I'm sure the switching of times and workouts probably does more good than harm....keep the body guessing!!

I'll be running tomorrow morning--Sunday is rest day...
