Warm-up - Five minutes on the mini-trampoline

Leg Xtns: 50lbsx10/70lbsx10/80lbsx8/90lbsx8 (these are much easier on the machine at the gym. I guess not easier, more comfortable. The foamy things on the bench don't stop the bar from cutting into the back of my knee...)
BB SLDL: 7olbsx10/90lbsx10/130lbsx8/150lbsx8 (I added shrugs to these too, as I brought the bar up I did shrugs.)
Side DB Lat Raises: 10lbsx10/10lbsx10/15lbsx8/15lbsx8
Seated DB Presses: 10lbsx10/15lbsx10/15lbsx8/20lbsx8
Ball Crunches: 3x20
Leg Raises: 3x15
Finished with a little stretching.

This was supposed to be tomorrow's workout, but I have an appointment in the morning.. so, did it today instead...
