Delayed workout (Friday's)... I was supposed to do this on Friday, but was out hosting an event and never got home till 3:00am... had about four hours of sleep and felt I would not have a very effective workout, so skipped it till today and did it at home..
Legs/Calves/Abs
Warm up - five minutes on the mini-trampoline
Sissy Squats: 10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x25lbs
DB Lunges: 10x10lbs/8x15lbs/6x20lbs/6x30lbs (there are not enough words to describe how much I despise lunges)
BB SLDL: 10x70lbs/10x90lbs/8x110lbs/8x135lbs
Single Leg DB Calf Raises: 10x30lbs/25x30lbs/20x30lbs (the last two sets I did to failure)
BB Shrugs: 10x70lbs/10x90lbs/10x110lbs/10x135lbs
Twisting Crunches: 10/10
Elbow to Knee Bicycle Kicks (I have no idea what the real name is): 10/10
Did this in a little over an hour... it would have been quicker at the gym by not having to manually change the dumbell weight... but hey, it gave me some rest.
I tried to keep less than a minute between sets and a couple between different exercises.
