Swapped DB Squats to Sissy Squats... I don't have a great vairety of small weights.. just the overly large vinyl plates for now... I find them rather akward and stumble... so Sissy Squats instead...

Sissy: 12x5/12x10/10x10/10x10
DB SLDL: 12x40/12x80/12x100/10x100

Seated Calf Raises: 20x100/20x110/20x120/20x130

Crunches: 15x25/15x25
Ball Oblique Crunches: 15/15
