Warm up for five minutes on mini-trampoline

Squats: 10x70lbs/10x90lbs/8x100lbs/6x125lbs
Sissy Squats: 10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x25lbs
DB SLDL w/Shrugs thrown in: 10x20lbs/8x25lbs/8x30lbs/8x40lbs
Single Leg Calf Raises: 25x40lbs/20x40lbs/20x40lbs (to failure)
Twisting Crunches: 10/10
Front Kicks: 10/10

I do believe I'll have DOMS tomorrow... love the sissy squats... :)
