Shrugs 225x10 315x10 405x6 405x6(strapped) 455x10
Standing barbell presses 135x6x4
Bent rows 135x10 185x10 225x10
Deadlifts 225x10 275x8 315x8
Lat pull downs 120x10 150x10
BB curls 70x10 80x10 90x10

Highlights: Hit each body part at least somewhat

Lowlights: Pulled right lat muscle.
