Read lowlights

Highlights: Each rep low, and in control

Lowlights: WEll I had planned to do Legs Shoulders and tri. I had dropped Joey off at daycare(my 7.5 month old)
Just as I was going to do my ham curls, an attendant comes up, joey it seems was unhappy...scrap the rest of the workout! He comes first. So I planned to go in Sat...nope! Alex ends up in after hours for high fever LOL can not cathc a break! I will try to get some of the rest of my workouts in sunday. Next week looks like a wash as I will work 48 hours.
