Squats 135x10 185x10 warm up 225x5 275x1 315x1 365x1 405x1 450x1 225x10 (low and controlled)
SLDL 135x10 185x8 185x7
Seated leg press (just number of plates listed per side)
3x10 5x10 7x8 8x7 9x4 10x4 ( I think this was very close to 1000 in just weight)

Shoulders I did 2 sets of sh BB presses and well just did not feel it. see lowlights.

Highlights: Hit 405 nice! then went to 450hit that new PR!

Lowlights: Shoulders still feeling it from mondays workout and then my chest workout so I gave them the day off.
