For some reason, I really like to do sissy squats

Sissy Squats: 12x5/12x10/10x10/10x25
DB SLDL: 12x40/12x80/10x100/10x100

Single Leg Calf Raises: 15x20/15x40/15x60/15x65

Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises: 15/15
Seated Twists: 15x0/15x20
