Ham curls 140x10 90x7(these done right after each other no rest) 140x8 170x3
Leg press (just number of plates listed on each side)

Standing Barbell presses 95x19 135x5 145x5
Dumbell Presses 60x8 65x8 75x8 (see lowlights)
Shrugs 225x12 315x10 405x10 455x10 495x10 555x5 605x3PR
(lifestyle machine)Shoulder presses 140x7 150x7 160x7 170x5 180x4 190x3 (whole stack!)PR

Highlights: Well I gto the reps I wanted if not the depth on all my squats. Hit two nice PRs as well!

Lowlights: Well I know I can do more on the DB sh press but can not seem to get the 75 lbers up to my shoulders....Argh that pisses me off.
