Squats 135x10 155x8 185x5 195x5 295x5 215x5 225x5
SLDL 135x10 185x8 225x8
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 315x10 365x10 405x10
Standing barbell presses 95x10 115x10 135x7

Highlighs: got 3 workouts in within a 7 day period for the first time in 3 months or so. I feel so sore but it is a welcome feeling.

Lowlights: 405 for shrugs and 225 for squats in not acceptable for me LOL can not wait till I am back on track.
