Legs and shoulders done Monday 13th

Highlighs: got 3 workouts in within a 7 day period for the first time in 3 months or so. I feel so sore but it is a welcome feeling.
Lowlights: 405 for shrugs and 225 for squats in not acceptable for me LOL can not wait till I am back on track.
