Squats 135x10 145x10 155x10 165x10 175x10 185x10 195x10 205x10 215x10 225x9 235x4
Highlights: Well I almost hit my goal of 10 sets of 10 reps for squats and shrugs.
Note: I took over a week off. I felt rundown and that the gym was work.
