Legs and Shoulders

I did this in the Dungeon aka Mutt's basement

Squats 135x10 185x10 225x10 245x10 275x10
SLDL 135x10 205x10 225x10

Shoulder press (see notes)
95x10 115x10 135x6
Superset
Laterals/rear delt 25x10 30x10 35x10
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 315x10 345x10 365x10

Notes:The shoulder press were done sitting on the bench no back rest. Shrugs I had to deadlift the weight off the floor before completeing the set.

Highlights; I manages to go low and controlled on each rep of each squat.

Lowlights: Since I had to sue the Dungeon, I could not do leg presses, and I did not do as many reps and or sets for shoulders presses
