Squats- 2sets of light leg ext for warm up
95x12 135x10 185x10 205x10 225x8 245x6
Leg ext 80x10 90x10 100x10
Ham curls 80x10 90x10 100x8

barbell shoulder press to the front
45x10 65x10 95x8 105x8 115x5
Lateral raises/rear delts
20x10 25x10 30x10
Shrugs
225x12 275x10 315x10 325x10 225x15 135x20

Highlights: Hit 245x6 and I knew(but held back) that I could have hit 275 and up.

Lowlights: That I have to deadlift the bar to do the shrugs!
