Squats 135x10 185x10 205x10 245x8 275x6 315x4
Leg ext 80x10 100x10 150x10
Ham curls 100x10 120x10 140x10
Leg press I used 6 plates no clue how heavy the sled was it is a Hammer strength Machine.

Sh BB press 95x10 115x10 125x8 135x6 ( Note they have full length bars that may or may not weigh 45lbs. Not sure what I used weighed it seemed lighter, so I changed it out for a older bar.)
Lateral raises 30x10 35x10
Rear delts 30x10 35x10
Shrugs Barbell 165x10 225x10 315x10 405x10 455x7
DB shrugs 110x10 115x10 120x10

Highlights: Legs went well. Wanted to hit 315x6 this week but just did not have the juice. I did go deeper so that was good.

Lowlights: AS I was going to pick the 405 up for that set a 12 year old boy, part of a group using the smith machine next to me, almost walked into the bar as I was lifting it. I yelled NO! He stopped as did most of the people in the area. I did my set to the stares of the kids then said ok now go. LOL I think I scared them nicely. This is a lowlight as it ruined my focus.
