Dumbbell curls (elbows back slow with a 3 sec squeeze)
25x10 30x10 35x10 40x10

EZ curl bar 40x10 60x10 70x10

Close Grip bench 135x10 185x8 185x6
Rope pull down (3 sec hold at bottom)
40x10 50x10 60x10 70x10

Highlights: I just had a good pump all workout

Lowlights: I want to get more volume in the squat.
