legs /abs

Did legs and abs today. Felt a little week. Did leg extensions 70lbs, leg press 90lbs, leg curls 70lbs, machine calf press 60lbs need to drop down the weight . Incline ab crunches okay. Hanging leg raises need to work on doing more I was not able to do full sets.
