Leg Day...
Three minute warmup on mini-trampoline
Full Squats: 10x70lbs/10x90lbs/8x110lbs/8x125lbs
Sissy Squats: 10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x25lbs
Ball Hamstring Curls: 10/8/6/6
Single Leg Calf Raises: (these went to horizontal as I didn't have a step) 30x25lbs/25x25lbs/20x25lbs/20x25lbs
Seated Leg Tucks: 10/10
Crunches: 10x25lbs/10x25lbs
Was kinda tired for this today... been up since 3:00am and I started my workout at 4:00pm. Got through it, though... even upped the weight on the squats last set by five pounds.
Heart Rate hit about 75% to 80% at times... especially during the squats. Took plenty of rest between sets.
The whole workout took one hour and 20 minutes... part of that was dealing with the kids.. ha!
