Highlights: Ok well I went a little heavier than I had planned for squats. I am really trying to hit a little below parallel. I did that with each set. But still felt that I needed more which is why thee are 135 and 175 at the end again.
Recap: 2nd week gone and this working out in the morning is working well 1st week I had 3 days of cardio. This week I had 4 and the tempo went up a good amount on those days.
