i felt like a baby deer when i was finished...and i was using hardly any weight.
• squats
2 x 12 x 55, 2 x 10 x 60
• sl deadlifts
2 x 12 x 70, 2 x 10 x 70
• quad extensions
12 x 50, 12 x 37.5, 2 x 10 x 37.5
• incline seated calf raises
4 x 15 x 100
abs:
• stability ball crunches
3 x 15 (superset with)
• crunches
3 x 15
