Leg day today...Golf tomorrow (yippy!)
It took me 5 days to recover from DOMS from my last leg day. The joys of not working out for 2 weeks!! I could barely walk for 3 days-my hubby and kids were making fun of my silly walk--nice family eh-no sympathy at all! I tried to tone things down a bit today to avoid a repeat of last weeks soreness.
5min on treadmill
walking lunges (alt. legs) 12*10/12*15/12*20
Smith Squats 12*45/12*75/12*95
leg ext: 12*50/12*60/10*70 (finding these hard)
leg curls: 12*50/12*60/10*70
SL DL's: 12*45/12*65/10*85
back ext: 12/12/12
Stretch to cool down
I seem to be accompishing less in the hour I'm at the gym. I'm going to set up some PT sessions so maybe this will move me along a bit quicker and give me some new stuff to try.
No workout tomorrow except walking 18 holes of golf....going to try and break 100!!
