I did the following:
Squats
Warm up: Bwx6 barx8 95x10
135x10 155x10 185x5
SLDL 135x8 155x8 185x8
Leg presses (listing total plate weight on both sides x reps)
270x10 360x10 450x6
Abs knee raises 3 sets 15 reps
Roman chair 3 sets 10 reps
incline crunches 3x15
Highlights: Felt so good to squat, though that 185 was heavy! Next week I am going to go a bit different witht he routine I think. More later
Lowlights:DOMS is right around the corner!
