Leg Day

Call me crazy, but I like leg day.... go figure
Warm up: five minutes on the eliptical
Leg Press: 10x170lbs/8x240lbs/6x310lbs/6x360lbs (this was a new high..! It was a nice struggle on the last rep. I did these with a wider stance)
DB Lunges (still hate them): 10x10lbs/8x15lbs/6x20lbs/6x30lbs
Leg XTNS (threw these in as I had time): 10x6p/10x8p/8x9p/8x11p
Ball Hamstring Curls: 10/8/6/6
Single Leg Calf Raises (to failure): 20x25lbs/15x25lbs/12
Ball Crunches: 10/10
Hanging Leg Raises: 10/10
Stomach Vacs: 2x30seconds
Whew.. that's it...
